How to Install lib64gcc1 software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

lib64gcc1 software package provides GCC support library (64bit), you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install lib64gcc1

lib64gcc1 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the lib64gcc1 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib64gcc1 *
